Dr. Mallika Bitra

Mallika Bitra has four years of professional experience in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation in treating orthopaedic, neurological and rehabilitation conditions. At present she is working in Garden City University as an Assistant professor. Has worked as Consultant Physiotherapist in Brookfield Hospital, Bangalore. She has a clinical expertise in giving ante-natal and post-natal exercise prescription while working in association with J.J. Hospital, Hyderabad. She has taken seminars in few MNC’s on ‘Repetitive Stress Injuries in Computer Professionals’. She is a life member in Indian Association of Physiotherapy. She is certified Manual therapist and a member of Manual Therapy Foundation of India. Participated in the Apollo Fitness Trainer’s Certification course in Hyderabad. She has done Master of Physiotherapy, specialised in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy from Garden City College of Physiotherapy, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. She has done Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Apollo college of Physiotherapy, Apollo Health City, Hyderabad. She has done research studies on Correlational study in electronic gadgets usage and musculoskeletal pain in secondary school children and ‘Physiotherapy management in Post-Surgical Ulnar nerve injuries.
